The Mom’s Den is a collective movement to help strengthen and empower mothers from all walks of life to maintain the health of their personal lives and their homes. It is a haven where moms can unite, grow, and find support via a nuturing community.
We are driven by a single goal; to nurture moms who tirelessly give of themselves to their families, careers, and more, by catering to them holistically—mind, body and soul
Our mission is to help moms around the globe achieve consistent systems of balance—self-care being a major part of that. The Mom’s Den hopes to empower women to build supportive communities of like minded women and nurture healthy environments at home.

All of which we understand to be a process that starts with the mind. We believe healthy moms determine all of the above. We understand the importance of the roles parents play, but we focus on the moms whose integral role is in providing a nurturing environment for themselves and their families. When a mom’s overall health is in good standing, there is a positive influence on family dynamics which cultivates generations of families who thrive, and break unhealthy cycles.

MOM's DAY OUT
Mom's Day Out is a day of pampering for the burnt out mom in need of rest & relaxation. Our team of vendors provide free manicures, pedicures, facials, workshops, and resources to help moms recharge while also equipping them for the various challenges that arise in parenthood.
OPERATION BACK TO SCHOOL
Operation Back To School is our annual community service initiative that takes place in conjunction with "Mom's Day Out." We provide children ages 4 -18 with a day of fun and educational activities in preparation for the new school year. Each participant leaves with a backpack fully loaded with all the supplies needed for a stellar academic year.

Who We Are
The Mom's Den started as an idea birthed from a conversation about self-care. A causal phone conversation between two "momprenuers," Normel Smith & Melissa Dawn, grew into an organization that seeks to uplift and empower moms
to live their best lives by prioritizing self-care, while catering to their loved ones.
